On May 1, China's first shield machine CT006H with First China Main Bearing smoothly departed in Ziyun Road Station that was built by China Railway Tunnel Group, which symbolized China’s first implementation of underground excavation task after completing the breakthrough of independent technology development to shield main bearing. This shield machine is a soil pressure-balanced one that was optimized for better adaption to the Hefei stratum. China Railway Tunnel Group pioneered the pattern of "scientific research and manufacturing order". Under the leadership of scientific research team, cooperating with Luoyang LYC Bearing Co., Ltd., China Railway Tunnel Group formed 6 independent intellectual property rights and a number of special standards, such as raw materials design, successfully realizing the localization of the shied main bearing in China. In order to create a new tunnel boring tool and break through the bottleneck of making shied main bearing independently develop, China Railway Tunnel Group R & D teams pay more attentions to this project. On November 26, 2016, China's first shield machine CT006H with First China Main Bearing was successfully completed in Hefei. On January 5, 2017, it was began to assembled. During the period, China Railway Tunnel Group has organized many experts, such as shield experts, equipment management personnel, skilled workers and other personnel, from the aspects of program demonstration, transportation assembly, equipment debugging and other aspects, constructing rigorously and accurately , which is to ensure that the shield, cutter drive, tube assembly machine, drainage agencies, electrical systems and other parts would function successfully. The length of Hefei Metro Line is 337.2 kilometers, and the line crosses through Feixi County , Hefei City Economic Development Zone, the new government, Shushan District, Luyang District, Yaohai District, from southwest to the northeast. After the completion of the line, the government will further optimize the Hefei rail transit network, better serve Hefei economic development, bring happiness to Hefei residents.
